This course is suitable for business analysts, project managers and team leads, data analysts, report developers, finance, HR, sales and operations professionals, Excel users moving to Power BI, and managers who review or request dashboards. It is designed for beginners.

No prior Power BI experience is needed. Participants should bring their own laptop, have a good internet connection, and have MS Excel 2010 or higher. A corporate email address is required to create your Power BI account and to access Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Access to Google Forms or MS Forms is also needed for assessments.

You will learn Power BI from the ground up: connecting to and preparing data, building a clean data model, writing core DAX measures, and designing clear reports and dashboards. You will also practice using Microsoft Copilot to speed up your work, and learn how to check AI output and use AI responsibly.

You will make better decisions from easily accessible, understandable data, work more productively by turning data into insights faster with the help of AI, and collaborate more effectively across your organization. You will also learn how to manage data securely and use AI responsibly.
