The Lead Auditor must also ensure that proper risk management corresponds to the right stakeholder and identify their key impact points in the BCM System and in the event of business disruption.
Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301) Lead Auditor Training is a 5 day course aims to teach the principles and practices of auditing of a Business Continuity Management System. The participant is guided through the audit process by formal instruction and practical case study activities based on the requirements of ISO 22301. Ultimately, attendees will gain necessary knowledge to prepare for an external audit and develop a standards-based business.
