It is increasingly recognizable that the role of a quality leader is a key role in initiating, supporting and sustaining quality management principles, leadership and quality improvement in everyday business. Managing customer requirements and expectations consistently requires a set of skilled leaders driven by quality drivers acquired through competence and skill set in critical thinking and driving quality management goals and objectives. The Certified Quality Leader (CQL) program is a 3-day advance course in quality that provides essential knowledge and skills needed to establish a: good sound quality management practice and culture, performance driven quality leadership which is enabled through the understanding of analytical tools and techniques, and good management practices. This program will allow the participants to apply the underlying concepts of “Quality”, conform with the suitable management systems for your organization, measure performances qualitatively and quantitatively, implement measurements tools and analytical methods, and be acquainted with various approaches to quality assurance and control.
Intermediate course of 3 days of Comprehensive instructor led training. Training manuals and quick info cards are provided for easy reference. Echo CD is provided to ensure content is spread within the organization.
