Certified Quality Practitioner

The Certified Quality Practitioner program equips quality professionals with essential knowledge and skills to effectively manage quality in modern industries. This 2-day course covers key principles, tools, compliance, project management, and advanced topics, including ISO 9001:2015 standards, Design for Six Sigma, Pareto analysis, cause-and-effect diagrams, control charts, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Quality Improvement methodologies. Certified Quality Leader 

The Certified Quality Leader extension builds on Practitioner fundamentals, emphasizing advanced leadership for quality excellence. This optional 1-day course covers setting clear quality objectives aligned with organizational goals, using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, and implementing ISO 9001 standards. Participants gain skills to lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and utilize technology and data analytics for quality enhancement. Emphasis is on fostering a quality-focused culture, effective communication, and continuous improvement for a competitive edge.

Certified Quality Practitioner

There are no prerequisites to attend the Certified Quality Practitioner course. 

 

Certified Quality Leader

To attend the Certified Quality Leader program, participants are required to complete the Certified Quality Practitioner (CQP) course offered by APEX Global Learning.

                                                                  OR

Prior knowledge of quality or quality management equivalent to the CQP standard is acceptable. Please note that a pre-screen test will be conducted to validate attendees’ knowledge in this case.

  • Access to Google Forms/ MS Forms for final exam
